The form below is used to request an Order of the Arrow Election for your unit.  After completing the form, a member of the Order of the Arrow will contact you within 5 days to schedule a visit to your unit by the local Order of the Arrow village.  

If you have any questions regarding the Order of the Arrow Unit Elections, you can contact the Unit Elections Adviser at ElectionsAdv@AchewonNimat.org
