Registration is $50 at the door but if you register before April 25 you will only have to pay $40
AND if you are a new arrowmen you will get addition $10 off your registration
What is Conclave?
Conclave is a big section event where all the Lodges from section W3A come to gather and compete for the Conclave Award. Achewon Nimat is the current champion of the Conclave award and our lodge has won this Award 10 times!!! This year can be our 11th time wining this award if we can get everyone to come and compete.
What do we do at Conclave???
Conclave is the most funniest event of the YEAR!!! All the lodges from all over the section come out and compete in games like Dodgeball, Tug-a-war, Kickball, and Jeopardy. Conclave also offers many different classes that help arrowmen learn new skills. You can learn how to build a tipi or how to become a successful leader and give back to your troop or lodge. Everything that our lodge does at Conclave(except dancing) counts towards the Conclave Award. So come to Conclave to learn, have fun, and to beat the other lodges!!!
