Congratulations! Your son or daughter was recently elected by their Troop, Crew or Ship into Scouting’s National Honor Society, the Order of the Arrow (OA). The Order of the Arrow is a service and leadership organization within the Boy Scouts of America and has been a part of the BSA since 1915. If you would like more information about our prestigious organization, please visit The fact that your youth has been elected signifies that they best exemplify the high ideals of the Scout Oath and Law. In order to become a full member of the OA, each elected member must participate in an induction weekend. Due to COVID-19, this weekend has been shorted to a little over a night and a day and will be done virtually on November 6-7, 2020 starting at 5:00PM. This induction event will be the last opportunity this year for your Scout to become a member of the OA. We have scheduled two parent meetings in order to discuss the details of the induction experience and answer any questions you might have.
